This web based GST system has been setup to make the process of making GST returns to the Connexional Office as simple as possible and reduce manual handling. However, the information that needs to be returned by Parishes and other Divisions of the Church can be returned in one of two other ways:

  • The manual Word form (Form GST/1) by mail or fax
  • The Excel spreadsheet form by mail or fax

It is our preference that Returns be made by this web based system as it will reduce the amount of manually handling of the data into the required format of the IRD and we will be slowly eliminating manual inputting by the end of 2008.

Which ever method you select, the return MUST reach the Connexional Office by the 25th of the month following the period covered on the return. This can not be over stressed.
