This web based GST system has been setup to make the process of providing a GST returns to the Connexional Office as simple as possible and reduce manual handling.
Dates are critical when it comes to GST returns. Each entity within the Methodist Church MUST make a monthly GST return and this MUST reach the Connexional Office by the 25th of the month following the period covered on the return (i.e. the GST return covering the period 1 May to 31 may must be filed by 25 June). This cannot be over stressed.
Failure to submit a return will result in penalties charged by the Inland Revenue Department and these will be directed to the entities who have failed to provide a return.
